A Calmer Mind Therapy & Coaching
ADHD Coaching for Adults
As an ADHD coach, I work with adults who have had an ADHD diagnosis or who believe that they have ADHD.
If this is you, imagine what life could be like if there was someone who could help you understand why your brain works the way that it does?
Someone who can give you some tools and strategies to help prevent burn out and feeling overwhelmed?
ADHD coaching will help you understand ADHD and how it affects YOU!
